The Iranian Society of Steel Structures (ISSS) Board of Directors is pleased to announce that our 6th national Conference on Steel Structures with finance support of Farayand Control Co. The conference will take place on December 7,8 and 9, 2015 at the Olympic Hotel in Tehran, Iran.
The conference Scientific Organizing Committee consists of internationally recognized experts in structural steel design. The conference program will include keynote speeches, invited presentations, peer reviewed papers, panel discussions and workshops covering the state-of-the-art in structural steel design. The Board of Directors encourages researchers, practitioners and others in the steel construction industry to submit papers for consideration for presentation at the conference.
Additional activities include selection of the annual best structural steel design, best thesis and the national steel bridge competition.

The first competition of concrete structures was held with finance support of Farayand Control Co.  at Islamic Azad University Robat Karim Branch. The competition was held under supervision of Dr. Farhad Mesbah Irandoost.
This competition was among 26 student teams. Engineers Ghaffar Karami, Aria Asqhari Moghaddam, Seyed Majid Alavinia and Amirhosein Pakroo are responsible for the referee duty.
